- Customs & Duties: While shipping is free, some countries may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
- Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days, and estimated delivery times vary by region. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
- Shipping Restrictions: We ship to nearly every country worldwide, except for Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Haiti, Tajikistan, Bhutan, Yemen, Brunei, Sudan, and Niue.
- Priority Mail Express International® Notice: Due to airline travel restrictions, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended Priority Mail Express International® guarantees for shipments to Great Britain, Singapore, Israel, Sweden, New Zealand, and Switzerland. Please choose the delivery options carefully, even if you have paid for Priority Mail Express International, your order will be shipped using standard delivery. Access shipping amount paid, will not be refunded.
We do not charge sales tax at checkout. However, international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
