Order Issues & Defective Items

We take quality seriously! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.

No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse

Since our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind purchases. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.

What If I Ordered the Wrong Size?

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, we want you to be happy with your order! We may offer a discounted reorder option for a different size. Contact customer support for details.

How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement for a defective or incorrect order, contact customer support with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours.


Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping.
  • Estimated shipping times:
    • USA & Canada: 5-12 business days
    • International: 10-20 business days
  • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unexpected courier issues.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Address Errors

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages.

We do not charge sales tax at checkout. However, international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Each t-shirt is carefully packaged in a high-quality post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymer mailer, designed to reduce environmental impact while maintaining product integrity. Plus, you can recycle it again after receiving your order.

For multiple t-shirt orders, each item is individually enclosed in a protective, eco-friendly transparent polymer bag before being placed together in a premium PCR mailer.

In Australia, all apparel orders are shipped in compostable eco mailers, featuring the supplier’s name and composting instructions to ensure responsible disposal and minimize carbon footprint.

This sustainable packaging approach applies to all orders, except for those shipped to Japan and China, where region-specific packaging guidelines are followed.
